Screenwriting
Need a script written for a project you'd like to direct? I can work from a premise or an outline, helping your idea come to life in a script. I work on shorts (sub 20 mins), adverts (1-2 mins), web and television episodes (5-60 mins), and features (90-120 mins)!
Script Consultation & Review
Some of my favorite work is offering assistance to scripts that need more eyes. I'm able to offer notes, input, and improvements to already written scripts at any stage. This could include an idea session, a review of structure, scenes, or continuity, or general thoughts and pointers for refinement and/or commercial value. I've assisted on everything from student scripts, to pitch-hopeful scripts, to scripts going to popular streaming services.
Script Editing / Direct Revision (Draft Pass)
If you have a pre-existing script that needs direct revision for its next draft, I'm happy to help. This can include a preliminary discussion about changes needed, if desired, can be the next step after a script consultation, or can be left entirely up to my thoughts. Anything from typo correction, to scene and action/dialogue editing, to formatting, to cutting.
A direct pass will be done directly in Final Draft as a version/draft edit in revision mode (all changes are noted, script is directly changed).
If you would like changes to be suggested instead of directly made, please book a script consultation instead.
Script Coverage
Script coverage is the reading, review, and logging of a screenplay (or other media [books, teleplays, podcasts, etc.]).
This entails the full reading of the project, and a document presenting the following as needed:
Logline, Genre
Writer profile (past work research)
Synopsis (~500 word summary of whole script)
Character descriptions
Review of script quality
Anything else needed (review of commercial prospects, marketing suggestions, casting suggestions, any specific questions, a recommendation to pick up or not)

Each project will have an hourly or flat *rate depending on service, scale of work needed, and deadline(s). This can be discussed with flexibility. Discounts for students are available, depending on the project. A quote will be provided before service is confirmed. Please do not send any documents in initial inquiry. In most cases, a deposit (portion of full cost) will be due prior to work delivery, as security for payment upon delivery. I reserve the right to decline projects for any reason.
